Give yourself a good stretch
Choose any stretch that you feel your body needs. Move and hold briefly in a comfortable position.
As you are not warmed up, make sure that movements are gentle and that you don’t hold any position for more than a few seconds.
It is good to stretch areas of your body that don’t normally get stretched. This stimulates circulation (and therefore oxygen, nutrients and lubrication) to areas of your body that don’t usually get so much.
