Give your wrists a pleasant stretch
1. With your elbow bent, use one hand to gently bend the other hand downwards.
2. Slowly straighten your arm until you feel a gentle stretch in the forearm.
3. Hold for a few seconds and repeat on both sides with your hand bent downwards and then upwards.
Nudge Benefits
The muscles of the forearm have to work hard whilst typing and using the mouse. This can create muscle tension and soreness.
Stretching can help to relieve tension in the forearms.
